I have been to chrome://components and checked for Flash Updates but im on the update version, and i have also been to chrome://settings/content/flash and that says block sites from running flash is off, and it also says settings will be forgotten when i quit chrome. I can turn flash on for that site for that visit but if i move away from that site and go back it gets blocked again and i have to turn it back on.
